COVID-19

Our priority is the health and safety of our community. 

High Brow Studio is committed maintaining our high standard of heath practices and safety standards.

From 26th June - 9th July we will be making some slight adjustments at the studio to abide by the latest covid-19 restrictions.

- As per government guidelines we ask that you wear a face mask to the studio (exemptions are in place for any service that requires you to remove your mask, eg facial treatments) 

- If you have been in the greater Sydney area on or after June 21, or are feeling unwell please reschedule

 

Please be patient as we implement changes and fit everyone in safely. 

No walk-ins accepted. By appointment only - this can be booked online. 

 

The following COVID-19 guidelines have been created to ensure the health and safety of both our clients and salon team.

Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

**Please note you are required to reschedule your appointment 14 days:**

- if you have been to a venue closed due to covid 

- travelled to a hotspot 

- have been around anyone thought to be covid positive 

- have been asked to isolate

What we need you to do:

  • If you have been feeling unwell or show any signs of illness please contact us ASAP to reschedule and do NOT come to your appointment.
    Note: If you turn up to your appointment showing contagious symptoms you may be refused service and postponed. 

  • Check in via the Service NSW app upon arrival - or ask us to help you check in.

  • If you arrive to your appointment early please wait outside the salon.
    Our salon door will remain locked while we are performing services. 

  • Come to your appointment alone, so we can adhere to the square metre rules.

  • Please sanitise your hands upon entry.

  • Face masks are encouraged - they will be available to you if needed. 

 

Extra precautions we have put in place:

  • Staff will be wearing masks in salon.

  • Additional time between bookings has been allocated for thorough cleaning between clients. 

  • Contactless payment available.

  • No team members will come into work feeling unwell.

  • Magazines & retail testers have been removed.

  • Records of attendance monitored for staff and clients via Service NSW covid safe check in.

  • Maximum 4 people (including team members) in premises.
