COVID-19 POLICY // SALON REOPENING

Although the current “roadmap” doesn’t align with the values of High Brow Studio, we are doing our best to play by the rules in order to open our business. 

 

Our staff are fully vaccinated, however we will not enforce our decisions on anyone else. 

As a business, it is now a requirement for us (due to Public Health Regulations) to monitor the vaccination status of our clients.

 

During this time we kindly ask everyone to be mindful of the latest government guidelines.

Please be patient with us, reopening is a big process and it will take time to make sure all our clients are accommodated and supported during this time. 

We would like to support our unvaccinated clients where possible by scheduling future appointment and continuing to offer our DIY brow and facial kits - please get in touch.

 

OUR REOPENING LOOKS LIKE…

We will be following the Public Health Orders when we reopen at 70%. 

  • 5 person cap in the salon at one time (including staff)

  • All our staff are double dose vaccinated

  • Double dose vaccinated clients only in salon (unless medically exempt)

  • Wearing masks

  • Social distancing 

  • Checking in via Service NSW app

  • Hand sanitising 

  • Strict cleaning procedures

  • Please attend your appointment solo (children or extra visitors during your service due to capacity limits) 

We will be following the requirements of the Public Health Orders and adapting to newly eased restrictions when they happen. For any clients who have appointments booked and do not fit the requirements of the Public Health Order please contact the salon to discuss appointment arrangements.

 

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE IF:

  • You are feeling unwell (even if you have a negative covid test)

  • Have had contact with anyone with COVID-19

  • You have been to any areas of concern
     

OUR PLAN FOR RESCHEDULING…

We have just started contacting our clients.

Our plan for contacting everyone is to:

 

  • Start at our first day of lockdown and working our way through the weeks contacting all clients who have missed appointments. This process is going to take some time!

  • ALL bookings between now and Christmas will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure that appointment (if not done so already)

 

  • We will be honouring all pre-booked appointments in our clients schedules and will be in contact about your pre-booked appointments

 

  • We will make an announcement when extra appointments become available via online booking 

 

Over the coming months we kindly ask everyone to please be respectful of our community. Pandemic life is unbelievably difficult on everyone. We understand that everyone has had a stressful and challenging time, we want our studio to be a retreat from the chaos around us.
