COVID-19 POLICY // SALON REOPENING

During this time we kindly ask everyone to be mindful of the latest government guidelines.

Please be patient with us, navigating restrictions is exhausting and stressful. 

UPDATES TO RESTRICTIONS…

We will be following the Public Health Orders

  • Our staff are fully vaccinated, however we will not enforce our decisions on anyone else. 

  • We no longer require evidence of vaccination status.

  • Masks no longer required but our staff will continue wearing masks.

  • Hand sanitising.

  • Strict cleaning procedures.

  • Please attend your appointment solo (children or extra visitors during your service due to limit the number of contacts through our doors) 

We will be following the requirements of the Public Health Orders and adapting to newly eased restrictions when they happen.

 Self-isolate when you get a test, have COVID-19, arrive from overseas, are a household contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case, or at high risk of getting COVID-19.

If this applies to you contact us ASAP to reschedule any upcoming appointments. 

 

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE IF:

  • You are feeling unwell (even if you have a negative covid test)

  • Are waiting for COVID-19 test results 

  • Have COVID-19

  • You are a household contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case

OUR PLAN FOR RESCHEDULING…​​

 

  • Any deposits paid on appointments that need to be cancelled due to covid will be credited to your account for future bookings

 

  • If our staff become unwell we may need to reschedule your appointment and will contact you directly to do so.

 

Over the coming months we kindly ask everyone to please be respectful of our community. Pandemic life is unbelievably difficult on everyone. We understand that everyone has had a stressful and challenging time, we want our studio to be a retreat from the chaos around us.
