SALON ETIQUETTE

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT:

The best way to make an appointment is via the online booking system.

If you are not sure what to book in for, use the note section for any questions or request an earlier appointment - we will go through to adjust bookings as needed.

50% deposits are required for all appointments.

 

Once your booking time is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to alter the appointment if needed.

You can also access and alter your appointments via the login section.

If you require an appointment outside of the times available add yourself to the waitlist online or text 0422857096 - we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

No refunds are given on deposits paid - should you need to cancel with adequate notice, your deposit will be added as a credit to your account to use at your next appointment.

 

APPOINTMENT TIME:

You are required to arrive on time. Be mindful of limited parking and traffic in the area.

 

If you are pressed for time, notify me and I will do my best to accommodate your circumstance.

High Brow Studio has the right to refuse a service on clients who are late as this can directly affect ongoing appointments for the day creating inconvenience for other clients. Or you appointment may be shortened to accomodate.

CANCELATIONS:

Last minute cancelations and not showing up to your appointment affects salon and business greatly.

If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule you are required to give 24hours notice (minimum 48hours notice for cosmetic tattooing appointments).

 

You are required to reschedule if: 
1. you are feeling unwell.
2. Have travelled overseas or to any COVID hotspots.
3. Have had contact with anyone with COVID-19. 

Otherwise, any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of your total service you booked in for.

Missed appointments and no shows will be required to pay in full.

CHILDREN:

Our salon is a shared space; I kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment, this is in consideration for yourself and to other clients who have take time out to indulge in some time for themselves.

 

It is a requirement by law that any minor under the age of 18 is to be accompanied by their guardian at the time of treatment. Children under this age are not covered to be in the salon environment by our insurance therefore bringing them along to your appointment you do so against our company policy and at your own risk.

MOBILE PHONES:

Mobile phones should be turned off or on silent when visiting the salon.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Payment for all services can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard or Paypal. Afterpay available for services amounting over $250.

 

REFUND POLICY: 

High Brow Studio treatments and products are non refundable.

Happy to accept returns if the product has given a visible reaction and you have informed me within 24-48 hours.

No refunds on gift vouchers, they are non transferrable and not redeemable for cash.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OR CONDITIONS: 

If you are currently suffering a health or medical condition, contagious disease you are required by law to inform of any concerns. These concerns may include but not limited to medications, pregnancy, blood pressure, skin disorders and blood diseases. Please inform me of any health issues as it may affect the ability to perform your treatment.
